Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and photos of the vanity to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully repack your vanity in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware, marble tops, and sinks are properly padded to prevent transit damage.

  Arrange Freight Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized furniture carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
